Auction Details and Bidding Terms

Registration is required to bid in this auction. A valid credit card must be on file at the time of registration. By placing a bid you confirm your acceptance of Heirloom Auctions Cayman's full Terms and Conditions.

Buyer's Premium: 25% is added to the hammer price of every lot.

Payment: Invoices are issued immediately upon auction close. Full payment must be received within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this period, Heirloom Auctions Cayman is authorised to charge the full invoice amount to your registered card. A late payment fee of 5% applies to any outstanding balance, compounded weekly.

Collection: Successful bidders collect directly from the property on a designated collection day. The full property address and collection arrangements are provided upon payment confirmation. Items not collected on the scheduled day are subject to a fee of CI$10 per lot per day. No shipping or delivery service is offered.

There is no GST, VAT, or sales tax applicable in the Cayman Islands.
